Information processed

Vanta X processes Discord account identifiers and usernames during dashboard authentication, authorized server information, server configuration, moderation case records (user and moderator IDs, reasons, timestamps), and ticket metadata. The bot may access ticket messages while interacting with ticket channels but this release does not store message transcripts.

Use and storage

These data are used to operate configured server features, show administrative activity, and maintain service reliability. OAuth access and refresh tokens are held in server-side PHP sessions, not browser storage. MySQL stores operational records and server configuration. Hosting providers may handle operational logs.

Disclosure and retention

Data may be processed by Discord and the selected hosting/database providers. No user data is sold by design. Configuration and case data persist until removed by authorized operators or a verified deletion request; this initial release does not automate every retention period. Operational session data expires after two hours.
